November--Turkey Day and Snow

Finally getting caught up...again. So let's recap November shall we?

Starting with the first "real" snow of the season.

Even Miles was enjoying it.

4th lost tooth!

Ice skating lessons.

Both girls enjoy it and are really getting good--much better than Mom. :)

Turkey Day and Grandparents' Day celebration at school for Teah.

Lucky that we were able to have Grandma and Grandpa come visit and see it!

Games, games, and more games.

The girls (Tess especially) enjoy helping in the kitchen. Thanksgiving is the perfect time for that!

All snuggled with our buddy Miles.

Grandma and Grandpa come for Christmas!

Grandma and Grandpa got to come and visit a couple of weeks ago and boy were the girls excited! Mom and Dad were too. :)
We went out to eat a couple of times,

got our nails done,

worked lots of puzzles and games,

and helped Grandpa cook breakfast.

We also went to see some pretty Christmas lights

Boy was that tiring. :)

And went to Christmas Eve service.

All to lead up to CHRISTMAS!!!

So happy they were able to come and spend the holiday with us.

Road Trip 2013: Bend Oregon

Summer of 2013 Roadtrip: Bend Oregon

19 hours in the car means lots of stops to stretch our legs!

And movies and snacks!

Some crazy weather,

lots of laughs,

gas station/petting zoo

surprises from the Road Trip Fairy,

and of course hotel pools!

But we finally made it

and had a blast

with lots of family.

Like Grandma, Grandpa and the boys, men

and lots of cousins!

Are these guys brothers?

Hey look! Mommy got in a picture! :)

The week consisted of lots of games

including ping pong tournaments,

playing at parks,

and visiting with old friends.

Round two for family pics!

Who's gonna win?

I wonder. :)

Saying goodbye to everyone is never easy.

We had a blast.

Memories to last a lifetime.

Thanks for the great trip

and wonderful moments....as usual.

Heading home isn't quite as exciting.

But we made the best of it.

Thank goodness for that fairy,

hotel giggles,

and of course swimming pools!
