Countdown

The countdown has begun. We are scheduled to close on the new house on the 16th of May. Mommy made me a calendar to color in the days (and so that I would stop asking "Are we moving to the new house today?")

Since a lot of our things are being packed, we've had to be creative with what to play throughout the day.

Here are a couple of pictures of us in our rooms before they get taken apart.

As excited as we are to move, Mommy says it is a little sad because this was where they brought us home to

from the hospital. We are so ready though to make new memories---the ones that we will probably  really remember .

Lots of happenings

So, for all of you wondering, we are now under contract again and ard scheduled to close May 16th. Luckily Mommy, T, and I had a trip to Indiana to help keep us occupied for a week. Uncle Craig and Beka are getting married in June and we went to help with the bridal shower....and other things. Thank goodness for Mimi or once again, we'd have no pictures.

 So, pretty much the entire time we were there, it poured down rain. That didn't stop us from having fun though. That is just another thing the mall is good for. :)

 Of course we had to dye Easter eggs

 and get goodies from the Easter Bunny.

 That bunny sure knows how to pak a bucket.

 We got to play dress up.

and of course have lots of girl time.

And then when we ran out of things to do....we decided to play in the rain.

So exciting for girls from Colorado. We rarely get a rainy day.

Update

So an update for those of you who don't know already....the contract we had on our house fell through. So we are back to trying to sell again...and quickly so we don't lose the house we put a contract on.

So the frantic packing has been put on hold and we've been doing a lot of outings so that we can show the house.

We are trying to stay distracted and out of the house as much as possible. Luckily, Mommy, T, and I are going to Indiana on Wednesday for a week to visit Mimi and Pop Pop. Daddy has the job of getting the house sold before we get back. (No pressure Daddy.) Wish Mommy luck on the plane.  We'll see you all when we get back.

Crazy

Okay, so the last couple of weeks, espeically this last one have been extremely hectic. Hence the picture (sorry Nadine). Grandma and Grandpa came to visit and I'm very sad to say that this is the only picture Mommy got. Great huh? Let me explain a bit. We put our house on the market and got a contract in 1 day and the people wanted to close by April 28th. That meant we needed to find a house fast or we would soon be homeless (not really). So we now have a contract on a house as well and are to move in on April 29th if all goes well. Whew! Now can you understand why things have been a littlte crazy and there has been very little happening on this blog? We will try and be better about updating once our lives get a little more normal around here.

On a lighter note....we still know how to have fun around here. So here are a few pics to show just that. Looks like we have another dipper in the family.

Playing Outside

 Now that the weather is warmer you can pretty much always find T and me outside. Welcome to our house. Can you guess what Teah's favorite part is? The doorbell of course!

And you can't play outside without getting on the swings. I think that might be both of our favorite things to do. "Wheeeeeeee!!!!"

 mommy's probably wishing she didn't introduce us to painting with water. We have recently found the bird bath....and....well....you can imagine.

Bet I know who the culprit here is. The littlest member of our family seems to have an extreme fascination with the toilet and anything that can be put in it.
