Typical Colorado

So last Tuesday we made birdfeeders (see below). By Wednesday this is what they looked like. (They're there...just snow covered.)
What a way to welcome the Spring.

By Sunday, this is what was left of the snow. Just enough to make a Tessa-sized snowman.

As Daddy says, "Colorado is the only place he can think of where you can wash your car in shorts and build a snowman at the same time."

Getting Ready for Spring

Mimi has been here this week so we decided to make some bird feeders.
Just testing out the seeds.

Time to dip the pretzel.

Checking out my hard work.

Now all we need to do is wait for some birds!

More Smiles

Teah is officially three months old and what a difference. Her tummy issues seem to have gotten much better which has made her so much happier! We are all happier too!
Lots more to smile about!

Tumble Tots

I started Tumble Tots this week. I wasn't sure about learning the tricks but I liked rolling around on the mats.
And swinging from the bar. Maybe next week I'll even try a front roll (aka: somersault)!

You know you're tired when...

Grabbing Toys

We were busy in the kitchen when we heard music. So we looked over and saw Teah pulling on the little toys in her swing that make music. Go Teah!

Dress up

This is what Mommy found when she was done feeding Teah.
What can I say, Char Char loves wearing clothes. Too bad I don't.

Big Sis to the Rescue

As I mentioned before, Teah has had some stomach issues. Mommy calls it colic. (That's why Teah's pics are somewhat limited, many of them would look like this.) As you can see though, I am hardly even phased.

I love being a big sister.

Saying Goodbye to a Good Friend

We lost our buddy Max to Cancer this past Monday.
Although we miss him dearly, we know he's out of pain--probably chasing squirrels. He had a good life and we cherish all of the memories he gave us.

He was so gentle

and playful.

He loved the water

and to swim,

and to hang with his boys.

Can't wait to see you again.

Is that a Smile?

There you have it. Teah is finally smiling (although it is kind of hard to catch it on camera). She's been having quite a bit of tummy issues so we are happy to see a sign of some relief. Mommy says she has been needing this more than I'll ever know. Yea Teah!

Always the helpful Big Sis

Teaching Teah how to use her paci
For some reason, she keeps spitting it out. But I am right there to help put it back in.

Already playing dress up.

Sleeping

Little Miss Teah spends quite a bit of time in her carseat since that seems to be the only place she'll sleep (other than in Mommy's arms). Checkout those hands!
Little Miss Tessa decided she would only take a nap if she could be bundled in her winter coat ("Zip it!' as she put it) and hold her plastic hammer. I'm beginning to see some similarities. Can anyone say "strong willed"? The fun never stops around here people.
