Can We Fix It? Yes We Can!

Whenever Teah cries downstairs I run over to her telling Mommy "I fix it?" I then go to the tool drawer, find little screws and any tool that I can reach, act like I'm fixing the pack and play, and place them on Baby Teah's blanket. All of this while singing the Bob the Builder theme song. Am I a good big sister or what?

Tessa's Antics
So anyone who knows me knows I like to do things myself. Lately I have a thing with getting naked. (Mom has found me a few times standing in my crib wearing nothing but a huge grin.) Probably means I'm ready to start potty training but Mommy's not quite ready. Stat tuned, I'm sure that will be coming in the not too far off future. And with it, I'm also sure there will be some funny (maybe not so funny to Mom) stories.

Great Big Sis
So far I have handled the job of big sister extremely well. I love Teah so much and always want to be around her. Sometimes Mom thinks it is almost a little obsessive but I guess that is better than not being interested at all. I am still working on the concept of "gentle" but I really do mean well.
Here I am swinging Teah. I am always wanting Mommy to put her in here so I can push her. If Mom turns her head for a second though she may find Teah almost airborn. (Remember, we are still working on "gentle".) One thing for certain: Teah will be one tough cookie.

She's Here!!!
So, Mommy went into labor at about 1AM Friday morning, December 18th (After getting home from Zoo Lights...see pics below). Mommy and Daddy called Aunt Jay and she came over to stay with me until morning and then brought me to her house to play with Mason and Gavin. Because of the H1N1, I wasn't able to come to the hospital. So I didn't get to meet my new baby sister until Saturday evening when they got home. Check out the pictures below.
Miss Teah Grace (pronounced Tia) was born at 10:20 AM December 18th. She was three weeks early but weighed a healthy 6lbs 12 oz and was 19 inches long.
Snug as a bug in a rug.
Here I am being introduced to my little sis for the first time. So far, Mommy has been so surprised at how well I've handled everything. I love to touch her and help when she cries. I even sing "Rock-a-bye Baby" (which definitely needs to be caught on camera) when she's upset. So far, so good. Mommy was so worried that I would feel replaced. We'll see if/when the novelty wears off.
Love my baby sis. (Don't mind the attire and hair. I spent the day at a Bob the Builder themed birthday party.)
